At DigiBaba, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and services. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a transparent and easy refund process.
🔁 1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

The product is returned in original condition with packaging, tags, and invoice.

Digital products (like courses, eBooks, templates, etc.) are non-refundable unless there's a technical issue verified by our team.
📦 2. Return Process (for Physical Products)
To initiate a return and refund:

Email us at support@digibaba.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
Note: You may be responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective.
💸 3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).

We do not offer refunds on:

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at orders@digibaba.in.

After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled. You may request a return (if eligible).
