🚚 1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most locations across India through our trusted logistics partners. Service availability may vary based on your pincode and the courier partner support.

⏱️ 2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Estimated delivery time is calculated after your order is confirmed and dispatched.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 (FREE on orders above ₹499)

  • Express Shipping: ₹99 (for eligible products)

  • Digital Products: Instant delivery via email or dashboard (No shipping fee)

🧾 4. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.

  • You will receive an email or SMS with your Order ID and Tracking Link once your package is dispatched.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📦 5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking link shared with you via SMS/email or directly on our website’s Track Order page. If you face any issues, contact us at support@digibaba.store

🔄 6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Incomplete address or failed delivery attempts

We appreciate your patience in such cases and will support you with updated information.

🚫 7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We will contact you for a resolution. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

🌍 8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
